Group Runs
From now until further notice / changes the group runs available will be;
Monday eve
Where we have leader availability we will have 4 groups;
Purple - 6pm meet Aldi Car Park - ave pace 7-7.40m/mile approx 8miles
Red - 6.30pm meet Legh Arms - ave pace 7.40-8.20m/mile approx 7miles
Green - 6.15pm meet Toft Road Surgery 8.20-9m/mile average pace approx 6-7miles
Blue - 6.30pm meet Beggarmans Lane / Highland Way 9-10m/mile average pace approx 5-6miles
Wednesday eve
2 options;
1) Intervals - All groups meet at 6.30pm - venue may change
2) Yellow group continuous run with Beth Roberts will be 7pm Beggarmans Lane as usual.

RK Membership
This is £6 / month paid via direct debit and covers all runs. Plus there are rewards for members that show committment to the club and other prizes for activities at various times.
