We are thrilled to invite you to join us for an entire month of festive running challenges that will keep you active, motivated, and full of holiday spirit. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, there's something for everyone in our magical December lineup.

Choose your path to fitness and fun:

🌟 Gold Challenge:

  • Embrace the pure joy of running! Choose this option if you're passionate about lacing up your sneakers and hitting the pavement.
  • Commit to running 12 times in the month of December.
  • Each run must cover 1 - 12 miles OR kilometres - giving you a total distance for the month of - 78.
  • Each week there will be a different challenge to complete on 1 of your runs..

🌟 Frankincense Challenge:

  • Elevate your fitness game with a mix of running and pilates workouts. This is the perfect option for those who seek a balanced approach.
  • Commit to running 12 times in the month of December.
  • Each run must cover 1 - 12 miles OR kilometres - giving you a total distance for the month of - 78.
  • Each week there will be a different challenge to complete on 1 of your runs..
  • Incorporate 2 x pilates 30 minute videos into your daily routine to improve your overall strength, stability, and body composition.
  • Revel in the golden glow of your fitness achievements as you build muscle, burn calories, and enhance your running performance.

🌟 Myrrh Challenge

  • For the ultimate fitness enthusiasts, we present the most comprehensive option. You'll engage in the magic of running twice the distance and Pilates.
  • This holistic approach will help you transform your body and mind, and you'll finish the month feeling like a brand-new, refreshed you!
  • Commit to running 24 times in the month of December.
  • Each run must cover 1 - 12 miles AND kilometres - giving you a total distance for the month of - 123 miles..
  • Each week there will be a different challenge to complete on 1 of your runs.
  • Incorporate 2 x pilates 30 minute videos into your daily routine to improve your overall strength, stability, and body composition.
  • Revel in the golden glow of your fitness achievements as you build muscle, burn calories, and enhance your running performance.

No matter which challenge you join, you will earn yourself a coveted RK Travel Mug. For those of you on the Frankincense and Myrrh challenge, you will find you have an extra treat hidden within your mug. 🌟🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪
