Wednesday 17th July we will have a pre-Andrew and Grace wedding run......Naked 5K.

Why naked?????

No watch / GPS timing device / phone etc.

I realise that for some of you not tracking it is quite possible the worst thing in the world....if its not on Strava it does not count......BE BRAVE....you might find it more enjoyable!

Usual meet place and time - but be prepared to start - i.e. do your own warm up!!!
